Not from us. Cyber, Tech E&O and D&O are underwritten against your business. The application opens a file. A licensed advisor reviews it before any option is presented. We aim to respond within one business day.

Not by issuing a certificate. Send us the insurance requirements. We'll compare them with the available policy terms and identify what can be satisfied, what may require an endorsement, and what may not be available. A certificate of insurance is evidence of insurance. It does not amend the policy. After coverage is bound, we can provide the appropriate certificate.

In general, Tech E&O is about a claim that your product or service failed to perform. Cyber is about a security or privacy event, including some first-party response costs. Non-malicious outages may fall outside standard cyber coverage, although some forms provide system-failure coverage. That split is not universal. The policy form, including exclusions and how the event is described, controls. Many carriers package the two. Some events sit on neither form.
