Insurance for technology companies, by what you actually sell.
“Tech insurance” is not one policy. SaaS, licensed software, AI, MSPs, and IT consultants are underwritten differently because the claim is different. Pick the page that matches the work, or start a quote and describe the product. A licensed advisor reviews the file. We transact only where licensed.
Why a generic GL quote fails the first deal
Customers ask for cyber and technology E&O because they rely on your product or your access to their systems. A business owners policy answers a lease. It does not answer an MSA. We shop coverage as an independent agency. Policies, if issued, are written by licensed carriers, not in our name.
Nothing is bound until the issuing market confirms it in writing. We aim to respond within one business day.
Choose the closer label
- SaaS if customers subscribe to hosted software
- Software if you license, ship on-prem, embed, or sell through a marketplace
- AI if model output or training data is the product
- MSP if you have ongoing admin access to client networks
- IT consulting if the work is SOWs and implementations

Questions we hear
No. It is a stack that depends on how you sell, what data you hold, and what the contract asks for. We will not treat SaaS, an MSP, and a licensed software vendor as the same file.
Not by issuing a certificate. Send us the insurance requirements. We will compare them with the available policy terms and identify what can be satisfied, what may require an endorsement, and what may not be available. After coverage is bound, we can provide the appropriate certificate.
No. Binding authority sits with the issuing carrier or authorized market. We transact only where licensed. We aim to respond within one business day.
